Kido/Hendra will play in both the China and HKG SS. Anyway, win or lose does not matter anymore as they have won what is arguably the most important title to be won this year.

This is soooo sickening...Koo and tan should have nailed it during the 2nd match point... why did tan had to flick that serve???? That really showed weak mentality and lack of confidence during tense moments... koo is brave but tan really need to work on this aspect otherwise they will never win the big ones...

aiya... If they won the match with the flipping service, it will be more "fanciful" and win in "style"... mah.... haha... BOLEH?

I am not sure if they want to do that considering they need to win pts to qualify for the SS Final.

Progressing to SF for both tourneys will be needed.

That's why. INA still got slim chances for another gold(s). If this is not multievents, the story will be different for my vote :)

I believe the new ruling states that the SS FINAL WILL OFFER ranking points equivalent to Premier SS starting from 2011.

I forgot what's his name. Hau-Ge will know better. Also, he did not accompany Kido/Hendra in all tourneys. From what I saw in the French SS, he was absent.

It's almost surreal to think that they just lost to a GER pair 2 weeks ago and now a proud winner of an Asian Games GOLD.

Opponents Kido/Hendra will face back in China (after only a 1 week break):
    R32 vs Chen Hung-Ling/Lin Yu-Lang - rematch
R16 vs (probably) Chai Biao/Zhang Nan
QF vs (probably) Guo Zhendong/Xu Chen
SF vs (probably) Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen

without Sigit's coaching in Shanghai, I am not even sure if they can get past Boe/Mogensen.
