LCW first reachs the halfway mark of the first set, leading 11-5. I have a feeling he likes the new system, with a fast-attacking play and cross-court shots. Both Taufik and Lin Dan will really have problems facing LCW. Boonsak is also looking good. He has gotten a few more pts to make the scoreline a little tighter at 14-11, including some brilliantly played shots.

I noticed that LCW is not as quick as he was in the WC2005 when he played against BaoCL. maybe he is too tired after CWG.
Game pt to LCW after an out-of-court return by Boonsak. He clinches the set 21-12, after yet another poor return by Boonsak. LCW ups the tempo in the middle of the first set when Boonsak was closing in at 14-11, which causes Boonsak to somehow lose his focus and make a number of unforced errors. I think LCW will get yet another title.....he has been on a roll.
