Another great victory for Camilla Martin :D

This is the sixth time she wins the Realkredit Denmark Open/Danish Open and it's her 19th Grand Prix title in a career that also include an olympic silver medal and a world championship title.

    Need I say more?

She's one of the greatest WS player of all time if not the greatest...

I think she now got the hang of beating the chinese girls.
Give her credit, CM is still playing while many chinese girls have come and gone.

I must confess that I'm very surprised that she won. Quite honestly, I think have such high hopes for her this season. I have sensed a deep lack of motivation during her recent tournaments, almost as she has already left badminton mentally... But I guess this proves that I was wrong!

However, I don't think she (or anybody else) will ever get "the hang" of beating the Chinese girls, just as they will never get the hang of beating her. Camilla is even at this late stage of her career still a rapidly developing player. She constantly introduces new elements in her game, and reshapes old specialities. She knows that this is the only way to keep up with the so-called Chinese army. Problem is, the Chinese girls are also evolving rapidly... there is simply no magic formula!

Agree. Actually, I think the only chinese player she's kinda "fear" of was Gong Zhichao. After she retired, CM is kinda killing the chinese lady team.

here is the Chinese strategy against CM before GongZC retired:

LiYongBo: "let's bring out our laser guided bomb GongZC and shoot down CM. the others can move aside"

here is the Chinese strategy against CM after GongZC retired:

LiYongBo: "we ran out of laser guided bombs? ok, let's just throw in lots of our conventional bomb, let's hope that one of them will hit the target if we are lucky."

I just saw a video of the MD final. Ha/Kim destroyed the Malaysians in the second game. From 3-8 down in the second they won 15-8, shutting out the Malysians for over 15 minutes and playing awesome badminton. I haven't seen anyone dominate a MD final like this since Park/Kim played.
