I wonder, how many Danish seeded players have lost this far? It seems like they're not having a very good tournament.

Its a grade 1 tournament. The remaining are grade 2. There is only 1individual grade 1 tournament (wc or Olympics)and 1 individual grade 1 team event every year (sudirman or thomas/Uber). There are multiple superseries every year.

When we are counting world titles, only grade 1 are counted. Going by such rule, you can see why lcw is not considered by many as GOAT as he has none under his belt.

WC (and Olympic) has players age 64 and ranking of above 100 participating.
    Super 1000 series don't have.

Also, if you are watching EPL, the electronic advertising boards are different for different regions.

Momota defeated by Prannoy. Even if he won today, he would face the stamina-beast Laksya Sen tomorrow. Prannoy's attack is very sharp.

My observation from today is Momota wanted to make the opponent move all over the court with his usual play style but it didnt work today.
As Steen pointed out, this hall is slow hall , it will be very difficult for players to move as quick as they usually do. Momota's game weaknesses , still he is stubborn to correct it. This indicates , either he is playing for fun or for his sponsors. His ranking is hanging now.

I think Ginting, LKY, CTC, LZJ is better than KM.
But bad luck for Ginting again will meet VA if he can beat SYQ

Very well deserved win by Prannoy. Momota just reacting and playing way too passive. But not in a good controlling way like Lin Dan used to, but in a bad way.

Kento has really just lost it these days. One thing that he needs to adress is that he can't walk around like the world is ending every time he loses a single point. He can't dwell on that DURING the match. It's okay to fall down on the floor after you lose but don't do it while you're still playing. It doesn't do you any favours. If anything it gives players facing you more momentum. Plus it feels like he can't take 85% of smashes, does not matter who he is facing. Every smash is either a winner or gives you a bad enough return to give you a winner after it.

Prannoy played good, took every oppurtunity that he was given. I don't even know how Kento wins points these days.
