I do not know this KS. Simply rallying and occasionally smashing.

Saina Nehwal knocks out the defending champion Nozomi Okuhara!
Saina looks in good form and has improved a lot from the Malaysia Masters!

Subhanker Dey beat Zhao Junpeng in the Austria IC. Srikanth has a habit of losing to upcoming players.

Wow, I only walked away for a couple minutes and Zhao Jianhua is suddenly stamping his authority on Kidambi Srikanth. Oops, I mean, Zhao Junpeng.

Somehow, it makes his R1 exit to Kanta Tsuneyama last week suspect.

K Srikanth simply outplayed by Zhao Junpeng in G3. Zhao's game is better than Tian Houwei but not consistent yet, room for improvement.

With the young Wang Tzu Wei getting so much back, the veteran Wei Nan is tiring in G3 .

Srikanth is a bundle of nerves. He is unlikely to do well when expected to win.
    Saina seems well prepared though.
Wei Nan and Tzu Wei Wang are killing each other in a terrific match. I wasted my time on KS match. :(

Thanks for the correction, I mixed it up with Kanta T who beat Tian Houwei. Still , it's suspect. This is a different Zhao Junpeng.

OG 2012 bronze medalist was better than OG 2016 bronze medalist today. SN's net play was brilliant today. Nozomi is also coming out of injury. No wonder she looks rusty, but she was showing glimpses of her past form here and there. Sadly her first round loss means that Nozomi would slip down the rankings as she was the victor last year.

Chen Long faulted for his low serve, how rare.
