Sorry to say that XD match played by Shin Baek Cheol / Chae Yoo Jung have certainly spoil my mood a little bit tonight.
I am not trying to give the players any excuses. Imagine it if good old veteran players have to play night matches certainly it would have taken a toll on their performance. No excuses. But I believe that the results would certainly have been different id that match is played as the first match of the day. So for those good players who lose just now, don't have to feel so sad. Console yourself by saying at least I play the night match of the day and lost not the first match of the day and lost.
The amount of luck SWH had today was astounding.All those lucky net cords didn't allow LD to find his rythm.LD lifting to his forehand with no depth didn't help either. Anyways, LD is looking sharp as hell and nothing like last year.With more focus,he could blast away many of his opponents. To me,SWH looked heavier on his feet and bellerina was smooth as silk.
It's neither late in the local time nor MAS time, I don't think that's an excuse, probably other factors involved.
That is why I was trying to say playing night matches certainly didn't help Lin Dan to win. He will be tired waiting the whole day then play his match at night. I certainly believe that he could have won the match if the match is played as the first match of the day.

I may sound like a loser. But when LD got going, SWH had no confidence. From 7- 15 down,LD made it 16-16. That says it all. From 17-20 down,LD made it 20 - 20. Then two stupid mistake and SWH escaped. Kudos to SWH for sticking to his plan and allowing LD to make mistakes.
