    A tentative and erratic start by Li Xuerui, though she won, I'm not impressed as I expected more from her. Hope she settles in quickly and finds her rhythm in the following rounds.

    olga konon was a promising player as a junior, got real close to XXF when they faced each other at beijing 2008. a string of serious injuries did not help in her development.
