WYH didn't react to the final point. 21-13.

Absolutely no mercy from Nozomi Okuhara. 21-9 21-13. Can't wait for the SF tomorrow against Carolina Marin, after she beat in straight sets two times in a row at the DUBAI superseries finale, Carolina will give everything to change that.

WYH got absolutely crushed there. Her spirit was crushed too, clearly giving up the last point. Well done to the amazing Okuhara! Takes a 3-2 lead in their H2H now too!

However amazing Okuhara is though, Carolina Marin at peak level will still defeat her. It all depends on which Marin shows up tomorrow. Hope it's the not so good one!

But no worries the MAS MD surely can win their match later. I have confidence in them. :) they have won over so many highly ranked MD before.

No preference here but I believe HV stands a better chance against the great wall of China.

I have to disagree with that, even at her peak, such as during the Hong Kong open, the match was still very tight and went into the favor of Carolina Marin in the very end after two easy mistakes from Okuhara. Also, Okuhara was really only at her peak during the Dubai Superseries finale so in essence we have never seen Okuhara vs Marin both at their peak. I'm pretty sure they're more or less equal. Carolina having stronger, more lethal smash, but Okuhara having much more deception and better retrieving ability

You are wrong. Lin Dan will win easily. Never wrong first.

I'm a huge fan of Okuhara (my favourite WS, just over RI for now), but I've watched Marin closely over the last couple of years, including her triumphs over top China WS in World Champs and All England. And Marin at peak level could beat MZ or HKV hehe. Seriously, she plays like MS. Okuhara would need to play like LCW at peak defense to beat peak Marin hehe.

You have been not successful with your prediction lately and your standard has dropped and has past your prime.

I bet my room with you.
