TS is tired and offering little resistance. CL will win. I am out.

    Time for gardening.

13-8 how not to win it? Chen Long will win the third set easily now.

Xia Xuanze is nodding in approval as if to say, this is what you should practise on.

To be frank, most players trying all-out attack against Chen Long will have this issue.

Another super touch at the net by Chen Long, esp when he's early to the shuttle.

Nicely done, Chen Long. He wants it in the end, as evident just before the second half of G3.

Do you really do gardening? That is our passion and hobby too. We have a big garden from lots of peonies (Japanese and American variety), lots of exotic dahlias (IMO the most beautiful flowers), lilies, tulips, roses, and an organic, raised bed garden. We compose too. We grow spinach, otatoes, kohrabi, carrots, pumpkin, beans, snow peas,...I can spend all day out there.

Now we shall have a preview of CL v LD in tomorrow's final before Rio.
Who will give the other the Masters' title, since it is unlikely that both will go all out or will they? ;)

Lin Dan? But he has to regain his WR2 ranking from LCW to be separated from CL to help him achieve his dream of winning 3 Olympics. He has already done well to topple Momota to become WR3 now.

CL? He certainly can afford to do so since he has so many surplus points that make it unlikely that LD can overtake him.
Additionally, as the difference in points between the winner and runner-up is not very great, CL should not fear losing his WR1 position.

However will LCW be able to win more points to retain his WR2 position or can he take over from CL as WR1?

Someone can make the calculations, but it seems very unlikely that LCW can succeed In view of the very short time available for qualification before Rio.
