If CL had worse stamina or other players were fitter, he would lose a lot of his three set games.

I felt that Chen Long was taking this match too seriously, otherwise he would have taken it in two straight sets. He may need to adjust his mentality better the next time he meets LCW in a non-major tournament.

It's funny, back then when LCW was No. 1 he was called "weakest world No. 1" or something like that, whilst CL (current No. 1 and two times WC) just lost twice in a row to LCW. hehe

Agree, CL is like a robot, quite similar to CJ but the former is better.
For skill and fluidity, LCW is much better.

One more thing.........the pressure of playing in Majors is extreme.............Chen Long will handle it much better.......

What I enjoyed most was the sound of the shuttle when LCW hitting those smashes. Yummy:). God, it brings back my old memories When I was used to brutally thrash my friends.

According to Superseries Standing, he's now at no.22 with 28,550 points; even if he wins this title, most likely, he still won't qualify, unfortunately. I'd love to see him at Dubai, actually.

Partly because of his height, I guess. If you're too tall it looks awkward. But then again it looks a lot more fluid with Wei Nan. Does anyone know Wei Nan's height?

I'd prefer Chen Long to regard himself as the underdog vis-a-vis LCW and Lin Dan, then he will be in his element.

In G1 and most part of G2 till 18-13 up, Chen Long played better than LCW. That, to me, proves he is up to it, but he needs to handle his emotions better; as an underdog, it's easier to play freely, even throw caution to the wind, and excel.
