I just watched the WS final, nd beside the beautiful play, I was not impressed by NO's court manners. She let herself down on the court when tired, so the court will be moped, she refuses to change the shuttle, and she sometimes makes the opponent wait for hours before being ready to receive the serve. All the clever little scheme.
WYH pretty much found the good tactic, though a bit late. Slice drops, a lot of cross courts drops, very few clears following other clears. Marin should study.

Yes, Okuhara was a bit more rude this time. Since becoming better, she's become a bit less polite. All part of the game I guess.

...because the rallies were so short, right? do you have any idea how much energy they are expending? you try playing at their level. btw, all top players ask for mopping to catch their breath.
again all players do this. the player asking for a shuttle change is also trying to game the system for a few seconds extra rest. there is no guilty party in a shuttle or non-shuttle exchange. all players know it.
she is no more guilty than any other player when it comes to receiving serve.
every player has their own methods. don't be so naive to think any player is innocent.
tactics don't matter when you're more tired than your opponent.

CHN could have gone home empty handed if CP was not ill.

    Worrying times for CHN.

What you say is quite empty. Of course others can also behave not so good.
Tactics matters for now and after. It is the way to go.

Just because she was a bit less courteous than her usual self doesn't mean she was more rude. If you want an example of rude, then there's Marin or Boe.

Compared to the habitual Japanese court manners, it was below average. Of course there are much worse case!

bit disappointed the best rallies aren't included in the Final highlights. That rally containing the carpet slip by YYS and Ahsan's smash defence while laying down surely should be in. I think the highlights should contain the best rallies, not the last point.

Reony is a bad MD coach? He is the younger brother of INA Badminton head, Rexy Mainaky. They are the Mainaky brothers.... you can't dismiss their family root in badminton easily. The brothers are coaches everywhere. It is the talent and the mental edge that is lacking.

Amazing... in the JPN WS crowd, this lady has surpassed all including Yamaguchi.

Herry IP is the boss. I think it is more a matter of motivation for them than the tactics from coach. They are pumped only in the big stages.

It is because he is a Malay. BWF should have just picked out the best looking INA lady in the crowd to interview Ahsan/Hendra instead.
