Indian Doubles department is vulnerable . They are not at all looking good. Unfortunate.

Lee Sheng Mu / Tsai Chia Hsin had an easy win 21-13, 21-11. Both really had an easy win. Well after losing to Koo Kien Keat / Tan Boon Heong last week, this week they are back for revenge and thus had an easy first round win.

Lokesh Saina has to first win her Round 2 opponent. It is revenge when you beat them in the same tournament you lost. I hope she can make the final.;)

Same fate for Yao Xue. Lost 1st set 14-21 against Karin.
It's become a pattern for CHN WS today to lost 1st set (except WSX)

Meanwhile Carolina trail 8-10 in decider to Yui H. Lack of concentration from CM perhaps??

budibadibu European players have been known to crumble to the crowd pressure. Indonesian crowds can be intimidating for players not used to it. I love the atmosphere and crowd, great advertisement for badminton.:D

Japanese players are just too good to be true. Another first round exit again for Korea. Ma Jin / Tang Yuanting had an easy win against Go Ah Ra / Yoo Hae Won 21-12, 21-7. Unbelievable. The match is so one sided and clearly showing that the Koreans are of no fight for the China WD. So sad.

No the Japanese players have improved a lot that is the main reason. Japanese have lots of good WS be it young or veteran. It has been proven. With a good coach Park Joo Bong around, Japan badminton has improved by bounds and leaps. This is the satisfaction of becoming a good coach. You see your players improving and winning in tournaments.

Carolina M should be worried with the World Championship in Jakarta. Players who can soak the atmosphere and play their natural game, will do well. Well done Hashimoto! :)
