Datuk LCW just confirms his 10th consecutive trophy in MAS Open. Congratz Datuk :p for the awesome achievement!!!

Tommy displays a respectable fight...has courage and talents but lacks of the right strategy

Eventually I missed my earlier prediction, CHN is only able to bag three titles here for MAS grabs the other two. It's MD that denies me to get right.

First time I hear a head of state and First Lady kena boo-ed by home crowd. That's what happens when policies don't favor the locals.

It's the crowd in the stadium complaining.

    Keep politics away from sports.

He he he you all may be luckier to have your kangkong, imagine to have the same brainless heads as PHI and INA... it's true that some heads are much brighter but many are even gloomier!! :D:D

    Malaysia BOLEH...!!!
Credits to Tommy for being played so well, esp in 1st set... He is the next Taufik for INA, no doubt... hopefully he can break the China Wall of LD, CL, DPY and WZM.

Congrats to LCW for winning his "perfect 10" MS title here in Msia... the feat no one has ever achieved

Thanks for the correction, Alan, the voice of authority in stats :) thus it must be ten times winning though not consecutively due to Peter Gade interruption in 2007.

Yup, LCW needs his help to stop the CHN army. MAS's MS is weak.

With his 10th title, he should retire from MAS open from now on.

MAS open's 5 titles were shared by "two" badminton powerhouse !!
CHN took the WS, WD and XD.
The other powerhouse, MAS took the MS and MD.

Lee CW is unstoppable to clinch his 10th MAS Open title and another cheering for home fans as their MD delivered double victory. China won the other 3 titles, congrats to all winners!

Tommy gave best effort in first game then the defending champion found his rhythm and controlled game 2 comfortably, contrast scoreline 21-19 and 21-9. Not bad for Tommy, he has shown improvement, keep the spirit :)

Back to back SS to open 2014 is over, we'll see next in All England ;)

It was actually runner up specialist that stopped LCW in the semi finals.

Gade won the Malaysia open having been in hospital a few days earlier was amazing.

In retrospect I must admit that I am just amazed at your reading of the match. After the first set I thought that LCW will win the finals but certainly not in that devastating manner.

dont think he:s that humble after the RAshid sidek resignation saga. LCW think he is bigger than BAM.
