Finally, it's looking to be a bridge too far for Dinuka.

Wei Nan decided enough is enough, leading G3, 19-10 now.

Who cares if Tan cares :p

But he didn't smashed hard during the second game. Definitely no pressure on them this year, they can play the way they want. It's like WWE of badminton.

I'd say having a bye in R1 and immediately face a strong opponent, your first in the tournament, the next round is not a good thing, can be tricky, esp when you're slow to warm up or settle in.

By not smashing that shot when YipPY was down on the floor, WSX fails to take the pt and eventually loses it.

YipPY is quite enjoyable to watch most of the time, with her jump-smashes and dive retrievals, almost like MS the way she plays.

Can somebody update the score for the match between YPY vs WSX for me please? I'm on mobile and safari doesn't have flash player to open the visual live score.

YipPY misses a sitter, unlucky. The problem with YipPY is that she is always too eager to attack, no patience to construct the rally and often lands herself in trouble when the opponent is defending well.

I think LKW's badminton career should be near the end. I just finished watched the replay. He argued with the coaches during breaks. His serves were still lousy. The TPE pair kept hitting the bird to him and he kept losing points.

Frankly, Yip didn't play badly, a number of deft touches at the net by both players.
