Unfortunately... after saved 5 match points and had 1 match point advantage, Line couldn't finish it.. Well played though.

Meanwhile Brice makes an upset after take the rubber 21-16 against Tago.

Brice has done it while Line faltered...the Frenchmen have really outdone themselves at this tournament. I really hope that the rest of the doubles and singles are inspired by Brice's surprise win and prevail over their opponents.

If France makes it to the SF at their first ever Thomas Cup it'll be really unbelievable.

Line Kjaersfeld was plain unlucky - that was a gutsy fightback compared to her drubbing yesterday. Maybe it would spark fire to the rest of the Danish girls.

Yeah, me too! But I can't complain because at the same time the other matches on TV courts are a good match too.

Brice's excellent victory should uplift the whole French team. But in MS2, I think Sho Sasaki should regain JPN's pride, I have to agree with Suetyan that SS is the JPN No.1 at the moment. Whatever, I'd be pleasantly surprised if FRA finally edge out the JPN for a place in the semifinals.

I think Lucas Corvee has a chance against Sho Sasaki. He's been doing well in this tournament.
