MYSTERY SOLVED.
The Umpire deducted a point from the Malaysians.
You can see the Malaysian if she has the score right, you see Tan Jinhua arguing that it is 19-18, and the umpire obviously tells her its 19-18. It should have been 19-19. Umpire's fault, and the CHN player's bad sportsmanship.

What then should have been 19-19 (MAS serving) was announced as 18-19 but Tan served from the left. The umpire didn't realize that and kept going.
Then it was 20-18 for CHN (what should have been 20-19) and then after MAS got another point we got to the point where the discussions started.

What punishment do umpires get for incompetence?
I wouldn't want to be playing under that umpire if I was a player..
I know,when tournament ref came up she kept repeating I believe it's 19-20, she should have just came clean and said she was uncertain like she knew she was.
