Boonsak's movement looked hampered in G3. Perhaps he's finding it harder to cope with back-to-back tournaments, and this Swiss Open is his 3rd in as many weeks after the GER and AE.
So far, besides Hera Desi's defeat to Shizuka Uchida, the other matches are as expected. Mohd Rijal/Debby Susanto and Markis Kido/Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth managed to beat Anders Kristiansen/Julie Houmann and Chris Adcock/Gabrielle White respectively. Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir and Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth/Rizki Amelia Pradipta stroll to R16 after easy victories. All these INA pairs should progress to QF where the tough matches will await them. Dionysius Hayom Rumbaka also fulfills his seeding after prevailing in 3 sets against Petr Koukal and he might face Hans Kristian Vittinghus for a place in the last 8. As usual, INA is left with nobody in WS. Hendra A. Gunawan/Yonathan Suryatama Dasuki also won their first match in 2013 but Chai Biao/Hong Wei are likely to await them tomorrow. I think the current ranking of this pair (WR17) is probably the maximum they could reach. I personally don't think they are a top 10 pair.
My,my giant killer Sayaka strikes again.. This time her casualty is Sun Yu who is one of main contender here And Sindhu beat Janet ?? What the hell is going on Cmon underdogs.....
I was kinda expecting K.Srikanth passing Jorgensen and HS Prannoy passing Boonsak. Its pity Srikanth lost in 3 games. Both very good upcoming players from India. Both are domestic giant killers and its time they do it on international stage too. Good games by both.
Oh my god, such a nailbiter, the second set between saensomboonsuk and du pengyu... Pengyu hanged by a 1 mm thread several times.
Also, meanwhile on court three,

Eric PANG

-

Viktor AXELSEN [12]

16-21 21-18 21-17

saensomboonsuk looks like he's out of steam the third game... losing a lot of points now. No wonder though, it's been over an hour and really crazy rallies.
