I am really sorry for what i said... Thats my mistake over estimated Ajay.. Very bad of me.. My paw gone waste..
Sudket and his new partner Duanganong almost surprise top-seed Chan Peng Soon/Goh Liu Ying. Thai XD lost in rubber games, 8-21 / 21-15 / 21-23. At court 4, China MD Chai Biao/Liu Xiaolong stun third seed Kim KJ/Kim SR, 21-18 / 21-19.
maybe liu xiao long is the right partner for chai biao. chai biao/zhang nan lost twice to kim/kim before.

from the result we can see mas ws is getting better lydia lost in 2 tight games tee fighting all the way and lost 19-21 to china ws. while sonia exceed expectationa and overcome her discomfort to beat sayaka!
most likely taufik's friend LCW told (bribe) him to walk over and make way for Liew Daren in order to level up his ranking...
no lah. maybe Taufik just WDN as a protest to BWF for last week WDN/retirement actions. any reason, hope he is just okay and fine.
What you are forgetting is how strong MS is compared to WS. We are lucky to be living in an era that holds the two best players of all time by a long way. The current top womens singles players aren't anything like that good. Also, Viktor does beat top 10 players on a regular basis already. Physical maturity is a factor. Girls mature faster than boys so an 18 year old girl probably doesn't have much growing left to do while an 18 year old boy still has a lot to do. You can see it with Viktor, he's skinny and still a boy. The likes of TTY are women already. Anyway, an in form LCW can beat anyone that badly, likewise for LD. Viktor will start winning SS events when he's 22/23 years old and has the potential to be one of the best in the world. Sadly, no one who is coming up has anywhere near the ability of LCW and LD and we'll be waiting many many years for anyone near their level. It's nice to see Scotland represented and doing well.
Agree with that, although I've not seen enough of Viktor to judge his potential. Nice first post btw, welcome!
thats why i say the generation gap between ms is bigger than ws. newcomer(born after 1990) never able to beat lcw/ld(correct me if i am wrong) while newcomer in ws(born after 1990)already beat all wang/tine/saina while none of the newcomer(born after 1990)in ms win any ss,there is already winners in ws(born after 1990)
I guess maturity wise the MS players who are the same as TTY and RI are players like CL. You see it in all sports, the top players are always younger in womans sports than in mens. If that's what you mean then yeah, I agree . There is actually quite an interesting crop of younger players who are coming up in MS. You have Viktor who has already made a splash on the senior circuit and then players like Kento and Song Xue who are on the verge of making the leap to senior success. Things will get interesting in the next couple of years when they start coming good and we start seeing them more regularly on the SS circuit I think. LD and LCW are oddities though. We probably won't ever see their like again so it's hard to compare when, in my opinion the top WS players are fairly average and will be replaced every couple of years, whereas LD and LCW have dominated MS for, what? 6/7 years? More? If you are a gambler, it'd be a good bet to put some money on one of the three I mentioned for the 2020 Olympics.
Victor is more like a boy than a adult. He is already 18. But his face still looks like a boy. Definitely, matured experienced men's singles players will have more strength and power to tackle young teen boys, whereas in women's singles, you can't differentiate the strength between matured as well as teen girls. Infact its opposite. Sometimes, teen girls seem to be powerful than matured woman. TTY, IR and Sindhu etc all has power to tackle top 10. Only thing is they are not consistent compared to top10 women's singles players. They are playing with more confidence to beat top 10 but losing to lesser ranked players. All the youngsters who are playing now will mature enough when Rio Olympics comes. Its going to be very tough for all the top 10 players at that time. Victor will rule the badminton arena when he will 21 or 22. Its for sure. No doubt about it. Lets see how he performs tackling his weaknesses. All the taller players have certain common weaknesses which are easily read by experienced matured players . Victor is one of the victims of that. Lets see how he overcomes that.. He has all the techniques. I hope he will gain knowledge from his losses..
if i am gambler it is wiser that i bet on current/this year tournament. 2020 is unpredictable, risk is higher= easier to lost money to say that, both IR and MM already a top 10 player by themself but i believe the world number 12 have better head to head against others top 10 player sorry to say that,PVS is yet to be in the same league we talking here. TTY,RI and MM acheived way more result that she did. so give PVS another 2 year, then we can see wether she can join the league
