2012 Swiss Open GP Gold: Qualifications to Quarter-Finals matches

the mas pair can go further if cps is more offensive and make fewer mistakes. gly is solid all around with excellent defense and very calm and lethal at the net. can't ask for a much better MX lady. overall the mas pair is too defensive.

Tantowi needs more time in meditation room. Have a tendency prancing like phoenix when leading and makes all the silly mistakes to get into trouble.

Pffff... all MAS pair are defensive. It is a disease with them. I hate it.

Geez.....the disease afflicting the INA pair is still with them! Towi/Butet were leading 15-7 and it was so easily leveled! They were so nearly getting beaten too.....

They may not survive if they play like this against the CHN and Danish pairs. Even against the Danes last Sunday, the INA pair so easily gave up a comfortable lead.

very rare to see a 30-29 game. :)
I played one (and only one :D ) in a competition.... The crowd was madly electrified at every point in the last 10 pts (the whole crowd was on my court as coincidently no matches on other courts at that moment).... Fortunately I won it. That was really exciting! Sweety and sweaty memory... :D

It seems TH spread the virus to other INA Players.. like.. "Oh, you have won first set... take it easy.. victory will be yours shortly..." Then bammm.. second set was losing..

Then third set become focus again until 15-7. That thoughts come again, "oh, 15-7, there's no way they can level back, take it easy, victory will come shortly" lol

INA players so easily lost their focus and momentum. Not only one, but mostly all.

They are also vulnerable to taking it easy during the change of sets. Angga/Rian won the 2nd set against Hashimoto/Hirata but so easily fell behind 0-7 right at the start of the rubber-set. That itself already killed the match.

I think this is what she want to do. Swiss open looks like a pass/fail test for WSX alone. All the top Chinese WS players either didn't attend or withdrew from the games. This left WSX to battle alone with the top non chinese players. It is cruel but I think it is essential to see how WSX response to these challenges...

They have sent the strongest one, IMO.

she has fallen behind both Sayako and Ai in the qualification ranking, trailing the 16th by 5000 points. from her performance so far, it doesn't look like there will be a breakthrough from her.

Currently, I don't think Sayaka can beat Eriko.
