yes, too many simply blind their minds about the defect RR and instead to use it to channel their deep buried hatred and jealousy to attack the players in full force and the countries they belong to, and here, obviously China is their main target! Good tries ;)

Let's not talk about those DQ. That was yesterday's news!

Oh well, great game Canada. Now, go for the Bronze.

good effort by the Canadians. to be frank, i wasn't expecting a close game. they throw themselves (literally) at it and while not winning, have gained much respects from fans.

That's true compared to all the boos and off chanting from the crowd. If not for the DQ of the 8 players there won't be such a tight match today.;)

    XD - Double Delight tomorrow

Sad to see Lilyana/Tantowi exit from the semis. But Towi can still make it to Rio...
Sadder still to see Joachim/Christinna not make it to the finals.

I have immense respect for Joachim in particular; my personal feeling is that he is one of the best XD players ever -a legend. No taking away from Christinna and her great abilities, and in particular her calm and soothing presence as a counterpoint to Joachim's fiery temperament... but just imagine Joachim and Lilyana or Ma Jin playing together! * shivers of delight! *

All the best to both these great pairs in their face-off tomorrow!

I´ll miss JFN as well... What a great guy, coming back after such an injury. What commitment he always shows, just amazing! And so entertaining, even in a GPG event in BAsel, the Swiss Open!
I really hoped we get a INA vs DEN final or at least one of these two pairings. I don´t want to take anything away from the CHN pairs, but it gets boring to watch CHN win all the big titles :(
Well, my best hope for a non-chn gold is the MD with JJS/LYD...
Maybe LHI can upset LD tmrw, but it will be a very tough task.
Or LCW gets through the chinese wall, but also a tough task, the way CL and LD are playing. But he can do it!! ;)
We will see tmrw. Another day full of great matches...
