she seems to be more of a runner at this point. even though she managed to get some attacking going on at the beginning of the 2nd game which caught LXR off-guard, most of her other attacking attempts either got returned or went out.

A comeback too late for Rian/Angga as the Japanese wraps it up in straight-sets 21-19, 21-17.

My point is all three i.e. LXR, IR and TTY started in the international circuit at about the same time, LXR at 19, IR and TTY at 15/16, and in this two years LXR has already surpassed the other two. No point comparing their relative ages, the most you can say is "at age 15-17, IR and TTY are the best in the world". Don't worry, I believe IR and TTY are still the best hopes in the rest of the world,it's just a matter of time they will rise to the Chinese challenge - this two girls are hardly out of their teens, as they mature so will their game as long as they persevere;that's what I hope to see one day.

It's like saying, at age 17 Taufik was already among the best in the world, top 2 or 3, where were Lin Dan and Lee CW then? So what, what's the point. It only proved for players below age 20, Taufik was the greatest perhaps; maybe Zhao Jianhua at 19 winning the the All-England,which at that time was equivalent to the world championship is comparable.

no one is comparing tai+ratchanok against li xue rui
only u comparing li xue rui with tai+ratchanok
so ur example is not valid.
he is just asking how was li xue rui and han li doing on their 14-16?

Ladies and Gentlemen, introducing Chen Xiaojia (who's she? coming from nowhere),the conqueror of world no.5, Saina Nehwal (and no.1 in the ROW). That's why I was sighing and placing my hopes on IR and TTY, followed by Sung JH, Mitani M, Carolina Marin,... (who else?)
