2011 Malaysia Open SS: Day 5 Semi-Finals (Saturday 22-Jan)

LCW is having one of those days where everything just works exactly the way you want it to ;).

Seems to be playing around a bit at the moment.
 
The LCW-vs-CL match

Game 1: LCW-CL 21-9

Game 2:
LCW-CL 4-0 (LCW is determined to finish this match quickly)
LCW-CL 6-0
LCW-CL 7-1

Anyone watching, please explain what's happening to CL.
 
Hmm the crowd could cheer Chen Long a bit considering he's this far behind...

LCW-CL 9-1
LCW-CL 10-2 (LCW is just too good for CL)
 
Chen Long coming in with the wrong tactics. Expecting LCW to go all out attacking in first set. LCW saw CL was always anticipating his smahs after down 2:4. changed his tactic, play more rally and drops. CL got wrong footed and was lost as what to do now.

CL is mentally broken now, unless he can prove me wrong by wiining this set.
 
Wow, LCW looks like in a hurry to go for early dinner with his sifu Misbun and maybe Taufik :p

Hah, the only thing CL will prove is that he should not be contesting this SF. He knows damn well he was given a free pass

I won't comment much on the free pass thing, it is an CBA's affair and I will leave it to BWF to decide what to do.

However, I do think that technique and experience wise ,CL is a little behind LCW. Other than that, I think CL can match LCW on every other department. On a good day, CL should be able to upset LCW, just a quetion of when. Just my opnion.

CL just looks so uncharacteristically out of his depth today. Nerves perhaps?
