og my god.. the astro commentator... totally didnt do his homework before he come to his job.. JJS not in 2009 german open is because of military service.. not injury.. wrongly pronounce yong dae name as well... moreover yesterday wrong information on the result between Ko/Yoo and Kim/Kim is the MD semi final..
In today final i feel that Kim/Kim did not act like junior ...

Yup - congrats from me too! Great response from Blair after all that has happened in recent months. And a good result for Gabby - a blonde cutie worth watching out for.

As predicted, China's Lin Dan and Liu Xin won over their opponents. Meanwhile KOR, JPN grabbed 1 title each through MD and WD respectively. And the only one Europe representative in finale, Robert Blair/Gabrielle White is out as XD winner. Congrats!

Ayane Kurihara is the new star of the 2011 German Badminton Open and she is young and pretty.
It is hoped that she will continue to improve under the tutelage of Park Joo Bong.
The Japanese did well in the tournament winning the WD title and they were runners-up in the XD and WS categories.
This just goes to show that good coaches can really do something for their charges and good ones can also guide them mentally. :D:D:D

Sadly this aspect is lacking in some badminton organizations whose players are now in the doldrums and they just cannot cope at the quarter/semi-final stage. The players just wilt under pressure. :crying::crying::crying:

It's better not to comment further as some people are very sensitive.
They don't take comments as well-meaning observations but as criticisms.

if this pair meet koo/tan, i predict the korean pair will prevail..
