    2011 French Open SS: Qualification Rounds Tue 25-October

    Many players from last week's Denmark Open SSP are moving on this tournament.

    Tuesday 25-October is Qualification Day.

    For Schedule of Matches;
    http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/matches.aspx?id=69C6BA8C-A6C4-4C22-852C-AA3D99223E35

    For Time in France;
    http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_FR.aspx

    For BCers wishing to look at the Elimination Draws (to find out who are the players waiting for the qualifiers), here is the link;
    http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/draws.aspx?id=69C6BA8C-A6C4-4C22-852C-AA3D99223E35

    Previously, I have given links for Live Streaming, but not all countries can share the links. Perhaps some BCers from different countries can post their links that are working for their regions.

    For our BC PAW Game, I believe Sandy is constructing it now. The thread should be out soon.

    I am more interested, than excited. :D:D:D

    For excitement, we will need to wait till we get to Semi-Finals Day. We should be expecting another LCW-vs-CL match again. :D:D:D

    By the way, after yesterday's 2011 Denmark SSP Finals, CL has overtaken LD as World No.2. This could be the last tournament where we'll have a LCW-vs-CL Semi-Final, I think.

    :D:D:D And so you think. So pessimistic.

    There are still some % chance for them to make it to the main draw. I will guess;

    MS
    (1) Daren Liew 66%

    WD
    (2) Chong Sook Chin/Goh Liu Ying 25%

    MD
    (3) Chan Peng Soon/Ong Jian Guo 50%
    (4) Goh Wei Shem/Lim Khiim Wah 33%
    (5) Hoon Thien How/Tan Wee Kiong 33%
    (6) Mohd Zakry Abdul Latif/Mohd Fairuzizuan Mohd Tazari 50%

    XD
    (7) Ong Jian Guo/Chong Sook Chin 50%

    That's right, especially for the MD, Goh/Lim will expect to meet HTH/TWK for the place to main draw...

    It's OK.

    Since I am following it, I might as well start a thread at BC.

    Gan Teik Chai/Tan Bin Shen in the main draw. I'm rooting for them, although the Koreans JJS/LYD might or WILL smoke them. Still, I hope GTC/TBS compete their very best and show BAM that they shouldn't be look down upon.

    Hoon/Tan chance is 75%, I think. They are the best shot

    Fuzzy and GWS/LKW or HTH/TWK has the best shot to enter the main draw. Other hopes come from Liew Daren in MS and OJG/CSC in XD... don't be so negative... I think at least one will qualify!

    I say it is zero chance... unless they got their very very very high motivation to win matches...

    If I were the doubles head coach, I would give it a chance for Tan Wee Kiong/Tan Boon Heong pairing a try. Both are initiative players.

    Help us out Darren

    Come on Darren [Darren Boleh], make some casualties cry while you try to scalp them and level up the playing field a bit .. especially for LCW :cool:

    If Hoon/Tan's chance is 75%, then Goh Wei Shem/Lim Khiim Wah's is almost 0%. :D:D:D

    It will be 75% if Hoon can reduce his error prone shots mostly due to clumsiness. Correction - 49%.
