An uneventful 1st Game won by LXR who didn't unleashed her usual attacks but instead was content to push the shuttle around. Yao's got to dig deep if she's going to stand any chance in the 2nd.
An authoritative win by Princess Li Xuerui who simply outclassed an erratic veteran Yao Jie, 21-8,21-9 -- more like a practice match than a final to me.
Jeez, actually going to have to log on to BWIn to watch it with sound ... Or not . There isn't even video there ... ah there it is .
Hoped the men's singles afterwards won't be a one-sided affair - no clear favourite for that one ,though I'm rooting for Wang ZM whose performance so far hasn't been stellar, being stretched the full distance by Ville Lang in the QF
Can anyone give updates on what is actually happening? My livestream lags like every 2 seconds, so frustrating!
Are you viewing it here http://www.bitburger-open.de/index.php?lang=en ? A bit laggy but tolerable for me, at least you don't get ads disruption now and then as on badmintonlink hahasport.
Not if there's no sound no . But it has already been put back on ... Only negative thing is they're not using the tv feed with closeups and all anymore after the first match for whatever reason. Almost had to praise them for that but too good to be true ... Badmintonlink "borrows" the feed from hahasport which in turn is "borrowing" it from BWIN/BET365 which is probably why it was removed due to copyright at first
Yeah, I'm watching it from the same place. But I can't watch it any more, it's just too laggy. CPS/GLY are actually okay to watch just that CPS doesn't have any power in his smash
Ya, the tv closeups and other angle shots were a pleasant surprise at first... wonder why Bitburger who sponsored USD120k couldn't do better
2011 Bitburger Open GP Gold: Sun 6-Nov Finals Day . Thanks Justin L for opening this thread. Just returned to catch up with what is happening. Quite a surprise that Li Xuerui [4] defeated Yao Jie [7] so easily; 21-08, 21-09 in just 24 minutes. .
