After the interval LD stormed ahead 14-6 with another smash while MZ got himself another point at the net. Both won 3 points each from the net. But MZ has not won any smash yet. LD got another net winner to make it 17-8. Are we expecting him to intensify with his smashes.
The end is near. MZ has done his best but was beaten conclusively in the rubber 21-11. LD won with just 4 smashes +++ against none from MZ in G3. He is waiting for LCW for tomorrow's finals.
Lin Dan [3] was just too strong for Marc Zwiebler. When LD said "GO", he easily got points. Match scores: 21-09, 16-21, 21-11 in 63 minutes. Lin Dan will be waiting to watch what LCW can do in 2 hours' time.
once LD get the first game it is very hard to beat him because in the 2nd he will be making his opponent run round the court like a chicken without a head and he can afford to lost it. In the rubber he set up the pace early and before you can catch your breath he is already ahead by a couple of points. By then it is too late.
I do. Shixian won. I would have preferred to see that match rather than the Lin Dan-Marc Zwiebler match, but I have to see what I can get.
The Marie Roepke/Line Damkjaer Kruse-vs-Wang Xiaoli/Yu Yang [3] match is getting interesting. Game 1 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 10-21 Game 2 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 21-18
Game 1 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 10-21 (WXL/YY with 12 Smash Winners) Game 2 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 21-18 ((WXL/YY with 4 Smash Winners) Game 3 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 0-0 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 1-1 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 1-5 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 3-6 (WXL/YY with 3 Smash Winners already)
Game 1 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 10-21 (WXL/YY with 12 Smash Winners) Game 2 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 21-18 ((WXL/YY with 4 Smash Winners) Game 3 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 3-6 (WXL/YY with 3 Smash Winners already) MR/LDK-WXL/YY 4-10 MR/LDK-WXL/YY 8-10 (Can MR/LDK come back?) MR/LDK-WXL/YY 8-11 (Interval)
