I'm watching the live scores and the first game was very one-sided in LD's favour. Don't think the German can do much to stop LD.

But now MZ is ahead 9-8 for the first time in G2, winning not from smashes, unlike LD.

And MZ is leading 11-10 at the interval.

Now MZ seems to be able to exert himself to lead 16-13 with an equal number of 4 smash and net winners in particular.

LD caught up at 16-16 but MZ added another 3 points to make it 19-16.

Surprise, surprise MZ took back G2 seemingly from LD's unforced errors, 4 smashes and 5 net winners against only 1 from LD.

LD quickly scored 3 points at the start of G3 before MZ responded. All points seem to come from unforced errors.

Now LD is still ahead 5-2 without smash or net winners.

LD seems to have changed tactics and scored a net winner 6-2. No smashes yet. Maybe LD is leaving it towards the end? Another net winner from LD to make it 8-2, the other point from MZ's error it seems.

Now MZ himself scored 2 net winners but committed an error to allow LD to go ahead 10-4 with the first smash winner.

But LD wrapped up the first half in the rubber with another net winner 11-5.
