    Indonesia vs. China

So here we are same place, same finalists just ten years apart, will Taufik Hidayat who took the clincher ten years ago can lead his team now to make history repeat itself?
If in 2000 surprise strategy to field tony/rexy is work, what strategy will it play this time?
So fire away your opinion folks

    (mod: added lineup)

    Lin Dan vs Taufik Hidayat
Cai Yun/Fu Haifeng vs Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan
    Chen Jin vs Simon Santoso
    Chen Xu/Guo Zhendong vs Nova/Alvent
    Bao Chunlai vs Hayom Rumbaka

Sadly to say Tony/Rexy pair is much more better than Nova/Alven pair.

Lets see prediction based on how well they play so far in this event:

    Taufik VS LD 40 : 60
If LD play as good as he play LCW, all TH can hope is for decent score.

    MK/HS VS CY/FHF 50:50
Both pair play good so far.

    SS VS CJ 42 : 58
Simon look so stress when he play Sasaki today even when we already win 2-0. I hope he will not crumble if we trail 0-2 or 1-1 when they play.

    NW/A VS GZD/XC 50:50

    Hayom VS BCL 40:60
If the score turn to 2-2, I am hoping Hayom can play his best and not crumbled under pressure. Playing his first THomas Cup event and had to be the decider for the whole nation? NOt easy at all. ONly few players can play their best when the match is tight.

What about SDK? Can Indonesian Team make a surprise switch and put him as MS2 instead of SS? What is the chance that SDK can beat CJ, CL or maybe BCL?

so far in this TC/UC, when the majority of the forumers reaching almost a consensus on their prediction, the prediction turned out wrong. Example : Taufik-Tago and China winning Uber easily.

I think right now, the consensus seems to be Simon will definitely lose to whoever he plays in the final. Maybe the surprises would be Simon turns out winning.

Hopefully the win of Korea UC could make the inspiration for Ina to beat Chn...

I guess there would be inspiration impact, let's hope for it. While still, INA is underdog.

The Korean victory today gives some additional hopes for the INA team tomorrow. I do hope that Taufik can step up to his best - so the battle will start with an epic match already:cool: If one of the MD pairs takes the second point - the Hero will be Hayom! That's the wish for now, may be INA takes it ealier - that's also ok:D
Anyway, who ever will get the cup, one simple thing should be ensured: Malaysians, please fill the stadium! Such an empty place as it was today for the girls - that's not fair! Even it's not your team playing today, you cant watch any better badminton on earth, so just go and enjoy the matches!

Many will go all out and support Indonesia today... turn Stadium Bukit Jalil into a bigger version of Stadium Istora Senayan.

..good luck to the INA squad..
as for the stadium being a full house, don't expect it like during Friday night's Semifinal match between MAS vs. CHN. My gut says it'll be 60-70% full (mostly for those who hold a ticket)...The stadium during y'day's Uber Cup Final was only 25-30% full...

I am sure that more Malaysians will be going to the match to support the Indonesian team.
