Look at the score sheet today. As all of us expected, lots of one sided matches specially in the WS and WD departments.

No wonder the stadium is empty. People want to see top matches between very good players and not good player against decent player or decent player against weak player.

Though Saina lost to WMC, she did not need to be sad. She and WMC will move in to SF. The other 2 players in their group just not good enough to give these 2 ladies a run for their money.

At least MD and some MS and XD matches are exciting.

Hmm this is not a good day for Indonesia players today. in MD we really solely depend on MK/HS to win titles.

Our second MD Rian/Dasuki for some reason always gave a good close fight but mostly lost.

Next year Thomas Cup event look pretty daunting cause we do not had a dependable second MD.

LCW win so easy against Taipei player Hsieh. With BCL win over Taufik, almost 100% LCW and BCL will cruise to SF. Sadly, I cannot see TH win over LCW. BUt who knows.

Group B for MS will hard to predict, but PG probably had the best chance to cruise to SF.

WS: Saina, WMC and Yao Jie in SF. And one of them will win the title.

    MD: Still very open.

    WD: WPT/TEH will win.

XD: THis also very open except for Indian pair. They will not move to SF.

yup. Lcw trash hsieh in 2 sets just now.

AS usual, his jumping smash and thunder kill in front of the net takes most of the points.

This can work out to an advantage
if KKK/TBH and Fuzzy win the rest of their matches.
    Slim chance though.

Koo/Tan will only have a measly 1 win and Fuzzy might advance with 2 wins
and Chinese will qualify to the semis :)

They have a perfect record against INA, although recently they won very closely in RUBBER games......:crying:

Anyone knows how they will fare against the Chinese?

Unless Fuzzy messes up the next few matches, they should advance.

Worst case scenario (For MAS, not INA) : Chinese and Yonathan/Rian advance

MD is very close indeed...but I know JJS/LYD 95% should advance in Group B.

    MS - Group A - LCW/BCL. Group B - PG, PSH (most likely)
WD - CEH/WPT has high chance to win
WS - WMC and Saina should advance despite Saina's loss. In the other group, I think Yao Jie should advance. Otherwise not sure ;)
