I am not surprised, Lydia doesn't have the stuff to play even one game consistently. Once she panics, there is no turning back. It was a stroll since Lydia gifted ZBW practically all the pts.

People are entitled to their own opinion but this forum is international forum and is that how malaysian show the world how they are friendly by criticizing their own players, its just embarassing...

I respect freedom of expression in commenting/criticizing on performance not on the player. Sometimes people get carried away and forget there are also many readers from other countries and what kind of impression of foreigners would have on us? I just comment once in a while, on behalf of players whom i emphathize.

Now this is new...usually MAS Boleh squad are critized for being vehemently loyal to the point of making up excuses for their players...... ;)

Well said cheekygen. We are finding insensible/insensitive posts from some Malaysian BCers intending to embarrass or to humiliate their own MAS players. :(:(:(

To criticise others is one thing, but to embarrass and to humiliate others (players or not), IMHO, is the wrong thing to do.

Hope that your post will remind us BCers to preview our posts first, checking if the content could hurt the dignity or the pride of others, before submitting.

Hafiz Hashim is really giving Malaysian a Heart Attack... Just like His game, its full of elements of suprises.

    Suprise... Suprise... Suprise...

When I think he can win, He lose...

When I think he will lose, He win...

Malaysian will always support him but just that we have not put any hope on him lately.

Let's see what he can do this time around...

My heart say Hafiz but my brain says Chen Long...

Ah well, you know, Lee Chong Wei is a Dato, received pensions already despite his lack of major titles. So obviously, its a waste of tax-payers money right as other great MAS shuttlers in the era before you were born were not even entitled to such benefits. Look at the many jobless ppl on the streets, look at those poor ppl toiling in the farms, etc etc. The pension money on an under-achieving player should be allocated to those ppl right? ;)

Wow, my friend has turned a little socialist?
Reminds me a little of our young friend from TG. :D

Indeed, sometimes we've forgotten how the poor people in the countryside especially have to toil very hard to eke out a living. :(

You see rich and poor ppl side by side here in Gachibowli. Some sleep beside the main road. I know, I walked along it for dinner last night.

Anyway, when it comes to quality of play, the Hafiz/Andre match is not really of high quality. Hafiz lost pts on simple overplayed errors. Won pts when he was more direct.

Lydia is still a junior in my mind, and she will remain so unless she can have her match temperament fixed. One day her younger sister will go past. Imagine what both Ms Wongs (Mew Choo and Julia) could have achieved just by having Lydia's reach and power ......
