I always see LYD gets much super especially in rubber set... I think during the 1st and 2nd games, he seems to learn all the movements of his opponents. :)

The games follow usual patterns of JJS/LYD:

    1st: losing very close
2nd: winning by managing the gap and final big gap.
3nd: winning by very big gap

    Surprising news..

..he's probably to shy to tell the reason lah as both of them came to HK to meet our badMania...;)

*It's a bit unfortunate for Kido to suffer the injury. I don't know how bad it is, but hope he'll get enough rest before the SS Finale.

overall, 2day quite a great day for malaysia badminton team in this hong kong open..
with 2 md pair advance to the semi final , which promise a place for malaysia in the final, and also 1 wd pair reaching the semi finall.
    all the best to them!:);)
hope they can revenge it this time.

I am a bit confused by this statistics. Exactly how are these "other" points be given? Anyone watched the match?

Maybe badMania can tell us something?

Err...I only watched the afternoon session and skipped the night session. I think "others" refer to unforced errors....like netting error, out returns, service errors, etc.

I think even forced errors are put under Others, whereas clear, net and smash winners are the only ones really tracked properly.
