IIRC, Ricky-Gunawan then became World Champions after that ........, and Rexy was absent due to injury or something like that because we saw Ricky-Rexy played at Thomas Cup 1992 vs Malaysia ...... (Malaysia then won Thomas Cup in 1992).

Yes Its EXactly Faransisca Ratnasari (nana), at that time she also won over Tine rasmussen in SF againts Danish Team

but recently she is the worst in INA Line-UP, in Last SS Djarum Indonesia Open2007, she cannot get 1 place in Main Draw(she play from Qual) , whereas some young girls of Indonesia can, (Pia Zebaidah, maria Febe, Andriyanti Firdasari)

According tournament software website, here's the semifinal line-up of CHN vs KOR :

    order-to-play : XD-WS-MS-WD-MD

XD -- Gao Ling/Zheng Bo vs Han Sang Hoon/Lee Hyo Jung

WS -- Zhang Ning vs Hwang Hye Youn

MS -- Lin Dan vs Shon Seung Mo

WD -- Yang Wei/Zhao Tingting vs Lee Kyung Won/Lee Hyo Jung

MD -- Cai Yun/Fu Haifeng vs Lee Jae Jin/Jung Jae Sung

Hmm, LYB still believe LD capable to capture MS point for CHN. Why KOR play Shon SM not Park SH?!

i have a hunch Korea will replace Shon with Park at the last minute...

China team is also unreasonable, Lin Dan used up all the opportunities, why they send Bao CL and Chen Jin and other 17 players? For ranking points, only 2 matches count

Actually, 1993 Final was so painful for INA because KOR WD save championship-point three times before they won second set with deuce. Unbelievable, INA must lost at that time when all players, coach and manager plus officials had been ready for victory ceremony,...really bad luck.

    My vote:-

CHN 3 KOR 0, no ifs and buts.

INA 3 ENG 0, if INA take XD
INA 3 ENG 1, if ENG win XD
INA 3 ENG 2, if ENG win XD and WS
INA 2 ENG 3, if ENG win XD and WS, and steal WD
INA 1 ENG 3, if ENG win XD and WS, and steal MD

ENG's best chance of scoring is XD and WS, they have to steal in order to win the tie. They can do that, having done so against MAS.

But I still want a Lin Dan vs Taufik matchup.

She won over Caroline Sorensen, Tine injury in previous match. Tine watched this match by sit on wheelchair.
Actully Nana's performance wasn't impressive won in 3 sets, Caroline was too far compare to Tine.
PBSI & WS coach was overrated and too much hope after this winning.

Maria Kristin beat Julia Mann 11-9 11-4 in Sudirman 2003 (she was 17 y.o). Maria & Jo Novita/Lita Nurlita saved the team from the bottom of group after MD & XD (who prdicted won) lost to England.

Tracey was unbeatable to WS INA players since 2002.
Last time she lost to INA player in Europe tournament (maybe German Open) to Dian Novita Sari.

Then she beat all INA WS players in some tournament, Fransiska Ratnasari, Maria Kristin and this year she beat Sylvinna Kurniawan (2X), Rosaria Pungkasariy (2X) and Maria Elfira.

That's true... I would like to just note the last game against Rosaria Pungkasari in Vietnam Challenge went to 3 sets and the point-by-point was played toughly... ;)

Tracey is a strong woman. Quite powerful down the line smashes. I think Maria Kristin can win by putting Tracey to sleep with her un-energetic-yet-troublesome-towards-rivals style of play... :D

According to the BWF website, the head to head result for Maria Kristin vs. Tracey Hallam is 0:1 in favor of Tracey. That win happened November 20th 2005 in Chinese Taipei Open.

This is incorrect. The Korean pair ID is 57717. This is their head-to-head record.
    WINNING RATIO - (Jae JinLEE - Jae SungJUNG) 1 : 2 (YunFU - HaifengFU)

You noticed that, eh? I don't know what's wrong with the BWF software. Nonetheless, this is 53854, the World's #1 pair and if you click on the link, the photos and names are correct above the head-to-head details.

The first semifinal is going to start soon. My prediction is 3-1 to China. China loses the first match in XD.
