    Now common, who decides what the players get to wear?! Is this some Yonex failed experiment or something?!It's horrible to have those sleeves. I am a big Cai/Fu fan, and It's such a pity that they have to wear something like this, it is so unflattering

    It is one of the first things that you teach juniors in single grip, grip low. If you been coached in your junior day, almost every coach will tell you to grip low. That is why you will notice almost all single players have this low grip not only Lin Dan. May be he is lower than average ?
    Reason for that is to give you more power (moment is force X distant) and stipper angle, not because your reach but the way it pivot on your palm. Try it during your practice and you will fine the different.
