Well done Luluk Hadiyanto/Alvent Yulianto! They have beaten Hendri Kurniawan Saputra/Hendra Wijaya in two very tight sets (same like yesterday's match) 24-22, 21-19. Luluk/Alvent was once 14-18 behind and then close the gap to 18-19. They won the final 3 points of the match...wonderful!

So its Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan vs Luluk Hadiyanto/Alvent Yulianto. Both are my favorite pairs (Luluk/Alvent before their downhill since mid 2005), so, its tough to decide whom I prefer to win tomorrow's match. For priority, Luluk/Alvent certain need a title here to boost their fragile confidence, esp since they are nearly split up. But, with the performances in the last few mths, I think they are steadying themselves.

The other half is a battle between veteran pairs: Tony Gunawan/Candra Wijaya and Lars Paaske/Jonas Rasmussen.

So, INA WILL HAVE at least 2 Finalists on Sunday!!

Yes AY/LH go to SF. I think this is good achievement for them after separate issued previously. Indonesia at least have 2 representatives in the Final. Nova/Lilyana and Chandra/Tony, can you make it into 3 and half? However, it will be more glad if you can brin 3 titles at home..... Maju terus Indonesia!!!

Glad to see Chong Wei beat Chen Jin in Straight sets. Will cheer him on tomorrow when he meet Lin Dan (Live on Astro starting 10 am).

Have Rexy lost his magic? What happenned to our Doubles?

Hope to see Malaysians perform better in Taiwan.

Can't always blame the coaches though - it's the players who have to step into the court and win, not their trainers.

And China's MD is back to square one. LYB can be seen hurrying back to his drawing board to try to come up with some new strategies! Hopefully he is still not too late for the grandest party at home next year!

I am not directing to you.. Just kidding. Anyway, as the observation of many BCers said --> LCW always can't play to the expectation when people believe he can do it.. WC'07 losses to Sony is just a fine example.
I wonder how many percentage of fans ever predict LCW journey will end in the third round of WC before the tournament was started.
