    2007 China Masters will be held on July 11 to 15 in Chengdu, Competition for the total prize money of 250,000 dollars.

    Well..it happens that I will be in Chengdu for a conference that week :eek:
    Who knows I might share a flight with some of the SG or INA players since Silk Air does fly SIN-CTU on a daily basis :D

    Will it be same venue with last year's event? Is this 7th leg of Super Series level?!

    yes,same venue-Sichuan Stadium.This is 7th leg of Super Series level.:)

    Chengdu is Pi Hongyan city =)
    Hope this time she'll be able to make it in front of her public as last time she lost against Jiang Yanjiao although all the public were cheering for hongyan =p

    Does anyone know where you can get tickets - online website or else?

    And how far Xi'an Shaanxi is from Chong qing standium by train that is and how much is a ticket?

    and how much is it for a decent hotel in chongqing preferably (somewhere like the crowne plaza or sheraton lol only kidding) - somewhere where i can sleep and not get nicked!

    Ok. good luck for china. Take the 6 times sudirman cub. China is very strong.

    I hope all country can join this China Masters because this one very interested competition.

    Based on CHN Masters website, this tourney will be a starstudded line-up of shuttlers. The most competitive sector MS, almost all top-names will participate it such as TH-PG-LCW-Boonsak and of course loads of host faves, LD-CJ-BCL-CY-CH plus 12 CHN youngsters, WoW!

    WS : Maria Kristin
    MD : Kido/Setiawan - Alvent/Luluk - Hendra Aprida/Joko Riyadi

    Don't see any other names such as Andre,Tony/Candra in the list of participating players according the web. Yeah, rather surprise PBSI will send Luluk/Alvent despite their decreasing performance recently.

    Luluk/Alvent is listed to play at Thai open also....I am sure tony/candra will be playing at China master as they has commited to play Phillipine open, a week later.....
