I think it's wrong to say LD never win in big tournaments. LD has been in form for the past 18 months. He has reached 2 all england finals , losing one. He was undefeated in the sudirman and thomas cup campaign. Okay, he bombed in the olympics but thst's just one tournament. I would say he has been the most consistent in big tournaments compared to the other 'big' players.
MD also tough matches. I am worry about 3 Indonesian pairs. I am afraid they can't through QF. Probably only Flandy/Eng Hian or Luluk/Alven... Chandra/Sigit is my favourite, but I doubt they can beat Danish pair
