    Here's something I'll be working from when I get assessed for the CP1 award. I'd be grateful...very grateful...for some extra suggestions about what I should do to keep things:

    interesting.
    effective.
    safe.
    fluent.

    i find your methods very useful and fun.. some relally good advice too.. i just find the squirting tomato would be weird haha..but i guess to young amateurs it's fine..
