Thanks for the review, much appreciated. How stiff do you think this is? Compared to Yonex Arcsaber 11 for example. I found reviews on youtube...
Hi Sealman, A bit off topic but would you by chance know where you could find 3U Victor rackets in Thailand?
I would say it's a mid-end racket. I would say it equals a ~100£ Yonex racket. Never had the two other rackets.
Well I even went up to 30 lbs once and the rackets are still in good shape. The only thing is the paint which comes off easily.
I'm also interested. What colour did you get? Blue (V1) or purple (V2)?
Well actually the two silver things are the lead tape. As far as I'm concerned, Ashaway strings are durable enough. As long as you don't mishit,...
You mean the XT-900? Well they are kind of different.

The XT-900 has a thicker frame and feels more head heavy.
The XT-1000 has a slim...
Hi, I got the chance to play with it one session. It is stiff, and the stringbed makes it even stiffer (96 holes). It is a good offensive racket...
It's true it is more fragile since it is thinner. But are you sure it is not because of mishits? I had a racket strung with the old Zymax 67 at...
Yeah it was the powergut 65. Unfortunately it broke already due to a mishit. It's now strung with Zymax 70 :)
Yeah it surely made it a little more flexible. Well the 99SQ is good but the balance point is the same so I couldn't generate much power. Had some...
Just bought a new Ashaway racket. When I received it, it was 82g and ~300mm (with grip and string). I restrung it to my liking and replaced the...
Hi, I am going to Thailand next week and will spend a week in Hua Hin. I wanted to know if there were places to play there and buy some stuff....
Yeah it should be around 85g with grip on. But the weight announced on the ashaway website is without grip. That's what I meant.
82gr was without grip at all for me.
But 75gr must be the racket unstrung and without grip. I owned some Ashaway rackets, currently using the Electro VB which is supposed to be 82gr....
Really good shoes. Great cushionning and the grip is great, on par with Victor SH8600, even better (Michelin). Seems like a new version will come...
