thks again for your responses. i recall someone ever saying that arcsaber 10's smash speed can match at700 once you get used to it. and theres also the controversy about higher tension and stuff.
so could you guys comment on that coz arcsaber 10 is an excellent racket but the power issue is bothering me.
in addition you guys sure that at700 smash speed is faster than at900power?? i mean with additional elastic ti thing many have mentioned of it supreme raw power. so im a bit confused.

    I am using Arc Saber 10 at 28LBS X 28LBS BG66.

Well... to prove my point, I purchased one of the used AT-700 from my team members. Currently, I am having 2 pcs of the Arc Saber 10 and 1 pc of the AT-700 old model.

Still prefer the Arc Saber 10.

    Thanks.

Tension depends on you not our recommendation. Just play at your previous tension.

i can't say about th 700 vs 900P, but i will say that the arc 10 has sufficient power for me. i never was a very smash based player, but when i do smash, this racket has the power there.
i would overall say that if you have a decent smash already, then don't worry about it.
the Arc10 is like the AT900T with more control

hey HKChua, youre the guy who says that acrsaber 10 has equal power as at700. so in terms of smash speed which would you say is superior??
have you used the at900power, if you had could you compare it as well.

hey could anyone judge which of these 3 rackets is most suitable for doubles play??

have you ever compared Arc Saber-10 with Ti-10 and MP100?
I'm collecting some information to buy new 'weapon'. MP-99 was my last collection (back to 2002).

Hi, I am using a900t now but i am thinking to switch at arc10.

My playing style, is offencive with drops, smash, drive and a lot of net play, but i want a racket to be good and in defence. a900t is very good but i want to try and something else.

arc10 will be better than a900t or i should stay in a900t??

Really depends on how you feel about them. I believe you can try ArcSaber 10 before consider buying it.

    My next racquet will be a AT900T though~ :D

Ei guys, I am an AT900T 3U user, well I guess that was b4 until last week, and I was wondering how is it going to be if I switched to ARC10. I loved my AT900T but I think its way too fragile, the frame just snap after hitting it with a smash. The shot was even a solid hit not a miss hit by the frame, they say it was because I was stringing it to tight @ 27X29lbs, I dunno. and btw the racket was just 2 months old, or is it BAD LUCK?

Also could be a stringer error such that the racket could of been damaged.

I have a 2U/3U MP100, 3U MP88, 3U AT900T, and 3U Arc10, i've used someone's AT900P before. I can assure u, for any non professional players Arc10's power is only comparable to AT900T. The ease of smashing and clearing with MP100/AT900P far exceeds Arc10 for the average social player. But as far as manouverability goes, Arc10 is very similar to AT900T, and it does have decent power, just nothing amazing. If you like smashing like no tomorrow, Arc10 will never cut it for you, but its a very good overall racquet.

I have ARC10, MP100 and Ti10 (1st gen) and in my opinion the ARC10 is definitely an all round racquet. MP100 is also an all round racquet, but as mine is 2U, manouverability is not as good as my 3U ARC10.

The Ti10 on the other hand is an offensive racquet and I find it tedious to use it for a long time.

@Moggy - Thanks for the advice, I just thought that ARC10 would be better since TH also switched to ARC10. But I think it didn't go so well for TH too. ^_^

Arc10 speciality is only in defensive speed and faster swing speed at smashing. It has the slimmest shaft among other racket since it use the Ultra PEF. And it also use Hybird of CS carbon Nanotube and Super HMG for the frame. Those strong material makes the racket slim and manuoverable.
