Hi,

I could not find a Yonex badminton shop in Japan online (Tokyo 113-0034, Japan and Aomori 036-8201, Japan). Next week I am leaving to Japan. If anybody help me to find a shop, it will be useful. Its hard to find out the address online.

    Thank you

There is one specific yonex badminton shop in Tokyo and that is located right outside of the Tokyo branch of Yonex. I went there last year and also got my picture taken outside of the place with a load of my badminton friends as well who came along with me.

But if you go to a store called Victoria Sports they stock yonex rackets along with a whole load of other brands you might need to take a look around and see which Victoria shops store actually sells rackets since there some of them specialize in certain things like running or winter sports. If you can read japanese you can see what floor its on if not look for this writing. バドミントン and it should help you locate which floor they are on.

Rackets are usually unstrung because you can chose which strings you get and what tension as well. The stringing service is free as well when you purchase the strings as well.

To make it even easier tell me where in tokyo you are staying and I'll tell you exactly where the nearest store is.

I only know of Victoria Sports... it's at Shinjuku though, not too far off from Shibuya, few train stops. It's a pretty big shop, and badminton stuff is on the second floor if I'm not mistaken, it could be the 3rd though. It's right opposite the Shinjuku station, so you won't miss it!

So which Tokyo shop offers the best deal? Do they offer freebies like the shops in Singapore?

@BackAttack, well, don't expect that these shops in Tokyo offers some free items and giveaways.. There would be a couple of promotional items, but not really all the time..
