    Hello,

I have a question: Played only 2 times this season and competition will start within a month. I have very quick blisters on my feet, specially on my big too of my left foot (RH player). I have this every year, all the time!

Does anybody have any tips or suggestion or remedy how to prevent this @$%^&* injury? (shoes? socks? taping?)
    :crying:

    THANKS!

this normally happens to me if my feet don't fit my shoes properly, ie my shoes are too big. if that's the case with you, then 2 suggestions are:

    1) get smaller or tighter fitting shoes (maybe it's just a case of pulling your shoe laces tighter)
    2) wear an additional pair of socks

can i ask, is your left foot smaller than your right foot?

Hmmm, Don't think my left is smaller, but I will try to find out. This weekend I will buy a pair of new shoes, hope this helps!
