Have Yonex changed their shirt sizing for this year? I used to always wear Medium and it was perfect, although some of the cotton shirts used to shrink after washing and became a little tight. But I bought some of the new 'breathable' shirts which came out this year and they seem much bigger. And they don't shrink at all because they are made of synthetic materials. I think it is a problem others have noticed, because I have tried three of the biggest badminton stores in the UK and they are all sold out of Small size shirts, and Yonex UK say it will be another 2 weeks before they get in more shipments from Japan.
