Strangley enough, it has been happening to me recently too. I dream of playing particular shots whlist sleeping (and during the day!). It is a bit akin to mental training (like in Matrix). Sometimes on the court, some of the shots are played automatically as a reflex.
Lol. Cool! I think I play badminton in my sleep every night even though I don't dream. No wonder I feel tired when I wake up.
I don't dream but if I watch a match I find my leg twitching , especially if the player does a deceptive shot
So true!! I experienced it several times when I felt that I was playing badminton in my dream and suddenly I did a real hit by my hand and I would wake up soon after that. Felt a bit scary at the first time, but then I would smile coz I thought I was too addicted to badminton. But it's so relieving that many of you had the same stuff. lol
I got a projector up and sometimes get 'larger than life' images. In the WC, someof those rallies I'm going 'ohhh' 'ahh', even clapping! Hmm.......
there's nothing like having your head on the pillow as your partner is doing a backhand smash right into your forehead!
It is weird that you guys would mention this. Just last night, I had a dream about badminton. My team was getting ready to leave for a tournament, the qualifying one. When, someone stole my racket and my gym bag. I freaked out. The whole dream was just me trying to get the van to wait while I looked for my racket. In the end I did find it. It was a crazy dream. I got really mad at someone on my team who didn't want to wait for me to find Joaquin Bam-Bam (my racket) and I threw a racket at him. It was really weird. I was so happy when I found him though. And that was my dream Rachelle
This one is very interesting to me. Actually, hope your poor teammates won't get into any trouble (getting a racket throwing in the face is.... errr....) in real life.
It could be worst Thai Man Dies While Laughing in Sleep Thu Aug 21,10:49 AM ET BANGKOK, Thailand - An ice-cream truck driver in Thailand died while laughing in his sleep, a newspaper reported Thursday. Damnoen Saen-um, 52, laughed for about two minutes on Wednesday and then stopped breathing, The Nation said, quoting officials. The newspaper said Damnoen's wife tried to wake him up but he kept laughing. An autopsy suggested that he might have had a heart attack, The Nation quoted a doctor as saying "I have never seen a case like this. But it is possible that a person could have heart seizure while laughing or crying too hard in their sleep," said Dr. Somchai Chakrabhand, deputy director-general of the Mental Health Department, according to The Nation. The incident occurred in Phrae province, 300 miles north of Bangkok.
Swinging in your sleep has this ever happened to you? it has happened to me on several occasions after long sessions of badminton. its a reflex/twitch kinda thing. seriously, i'm not crazy !!! .... (cries)
correlation between day and night this is completely normal, i think. there is a chinese saying like "at day you have a thought, at night you will dream" after waking up, if i can still remember the dream, i often try to think about why i had that particular dream. i found a high correlation that sometimes after i read some books or discuss something with someone , i have related dreams next time i will try to have a long session of watching beautiful women pictures during the day.
The funny thing is that I will actually hit my wife or the dresser next to our bed. It has happened many times. I play a lot of badminton later in the evening and quite often go to bed shortly after playing. Good thing my wife is a good sport about it.
Oh. I'm glad my wife doesn't play badminton. She loves to conduct business meeting in her dream and keep on talking about those units, price, marketing strategy. In the past, she uses English and now use chinese.
Yeah, sometimes, my arms and legs twitch in my sleep. How I know? Cuz it hurts like hell when they hit the bed posts.
