    why so pity?
    insulting local produced cars??
can drive Perodua Viva too. if not, those jokers dont get our messages. local manufactured cars are not to the value for money as Pemuda said.

btw, Selangor state government is preparing to get Toyota Camry. they said, Camry is much cheaper than MB 200 Kompressor. why not?
will let Dato & Pemuda give their opinions.....:D

Selangor exco may get Toyota Camry

SHAH ALAM: The Selangor Government is now hinting that it may choose the Toyota Camry as the official cars for its state executive councillors.
State executive councillor for Local Government, Studies and Research Ronnie Liu said the choice was appropriate as the price of the car was reasonable and maintenance cost not high.
“Personally, I feel the Toyota Camry is the best choice and have made the suggestion to the Mentri Besar (Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim).
“However, he has not made a decision. But I feel there won’t be any objection as the Toyota Camry is much cheaper than the Mercedes,” he told reporters here yesterday. – Bernama

Camry is much cheaper than MB 200. That's the fact. But compare to MB, Camry is nothing.

Imagine Sarawak gov drive Rolls Royce, BM and other luxury cars, selangor state gov's CAMRY is nothing lah.

There's a lot of cheaper car in the market, why choose CAMRY?

Am i missing something here? Shouldn't the MAL gov't officials be driving in Proton cars? I mean even your national hero, LCW, wears a Proton logo whenever he plays. Also, the originator of the boleh spirit was the MAL gov'ts. I don'y understand....

As my hometown is the first one who started this, mind if i give a general 2,3 cents?
federal govt. had clearly stated each of state govt. must use Perdana.
To make it 'legal',Terengganu gave some excuses.
Overally, they are pretty confusing, quite unclear. But look at the face of decision maker,Dato ahmad said..Innocent!

Whether it is a wise decision or not.Ok.Questionable.He may got a point.
    But,basically.Totally wrong timing!!

In malaysia,it is pretty unusual if state and federal govt. having a disagreement
(esp. when u are in national front-better known as barisan nasional)

things are slowly changing.Despite of being irritated of what had happened,it gave me an expression that this is a malaysia who is on a right track to be a more democratic nation.

I believe all states in Malaysia have the authority to buy any brand of cars for their officials. Selangor state is run by a party that is in opposition to the federal government, and they can tell the federal government to jump into the lake if the latter were to question the state's decision to buy whatever cars they like. If elected officials of a state cannot even be allowed to make a decision on such a small thing as an official's car for official use, how can they run a state efficiently if they are reduced to "messengers" status?

hm..... let me explain a bit in my point of view. just, dont whack me talking about politic.
    A party rules federal.
    B party rules state.

    from 2004-2008, B party ruled X state.
starting 2008, change hand, A party rules X state.

now, A party creates a storm, to replace this and that due to money matter.
A party federal questioning the decision. a corruption case is dug up....

now, the ball is back to B party, that always complaining A party's corruptions........ :D

just a linear talk, hope you will understand.

joke; every guy can understand. if not, need the blue pill :p:p:p

Yours hometown MB is supported by somebody who have greater power than the Federal gov. That's it.

People will think and analyse what those jokers comment on how bad is the PP compare to MB.

It's a totally waste of public money by doing such stupid decision and make such comments. It will for sure another international jokes!!!

Now that Lee Chong Wei has at least a silver medal, and maybe even a gold medal, how about giving him a helping hand to fight harder for a gold? How about offering him a Datukship for a Gold? This is a sweetener on top of the Ringgit one million. What do you say, Dato Asbullah? How about proposing this to the King before the final takes place?:)
