I'm looking for a specific Youtube training video

    Someone told me they had seen a warm up/training video featuring either a current or former player (possibly from Scandinavia/Low countries).

    I realise thats all a bit vague but the content of the video focused on warming up and moving around the court. The player in question began from a central position then moved, as econocially as possible, to all four corners of the court.

    I wondered if anyone else knew of this video's existence as I'm looking to incorporate it into our junior training programme ?

    That encounter was all (and more) about footwork ;)
