We find more tranquility/serenity in BLUE colour

    .
Yes, IMHO BLUE mats are much cooler than GREEN mats.

I love those mats because they're grippier, it provides a little bit more cushion, and it looks better.. but they are rolled away when the tournaments are not on.. :(

hmmm....as far as i know hamz, people always book the courts by going to the hall itself. there's a counter in front. however the booking only commence on the first sunday (if i am not mistaken. please forgive if i am because i am not in charge of booking in my group) every month. people will line up and book the court that they want for the whole month. but maybe sometimes there's free courts available as i have seen unused courts. but saturdays and sundays are usually full. but if you want, you can call this number:

    05-2552880

    good luck :D

    Pics from Minnesota club

Ok, ok. It appears that my last post killed this thread. Hopefully this one resurrects it! Here's some pics from my club. We play in a community rec center near Minneapolis, Minnesota. The blue backdrops are nice, but the lights...not so much. The lines are nearly invisible. You really have to trust your opponent sometimes.

Pete_N took the first pic of Bangkok, Thailand ?

    .
Pete_N ... Did you take the first pic of Bangkok, Thailand? That is quite a good pic. If it was you who took it, could you take a pic of our CCC Badminton at MSAC, Melbourne, Australia, and post it here?

A pic of CCC at MSAC has yet to appear, even though a pic of CCC at Waverley has. Some BCers, including kwun, have asked for a pic of MSAC, but we haven't got a good pic yet.:eek::eek:

Hope you could bring your camera with you this coming Wednesday. :):):)

    CC Badminton Court, Bangkok, Thailand

Here is the court I play sometimes.
We call " CC Badminton court " located in Rama 2 area in Bangkok , Thailand.
There are 18 courts here, here is popular to have many Baminton events like Local Badminton competitions all year long. They provide very good parking, bathrooms, drinks, etc. :)

I am looking at the pics..

..esp. at the ceiling of the playing hall and notice its silvery sheath (i assume it's a metal finish). Is it as blinding as it looks when one is playing and has to look up to the ceiling (i couldn't imagine how awful it would be)??..Or it's just the pics??..

coming to a court near you...
It looks like there is a little too much Photoshop applied to the pics. The contrast is too excessive by the looks of it
