    Fuzzy vs Lee Yong Dae/JJS

Real test for them will be Lee Yong Dae And Jung Jae Sung.....currently the most in form MD....

Will be interesting to see how they play drive with Lee Yong Dae in front [hunting for loose shuttle to kill]...as the Korean pair has beaten every single MAS team that played against them recently.

But for now...see if they can win back to back superseries.

No lah. KKK/TBH long way more to go to even match Razif/Jailani

For now, let's see if they can beat the World no 1 pair or Tony/Chandra. Fuzy have not meet Kido/Setiawan for 8 to 9 months, never beaten them before.

Lee/Jung has beaten all the top pairs, including Kido/Setiawan, Fu/Cai, Msia uncles, KKK/TBH. But Denmark uncles Lars/Jonas managed to beat them in TC finals, European style of playing confuse Lee/Jung maybe.

    Za-Fa?

    Za-Fa?

    Fuzzy sounds good.
But it's, er, a fuzzy name.

Mohd Zakry Abdul Latif = MZAL
Mohd Fairuzizuan Mohd Tazari = MFMT

    MZAL - MFMT looks good.
    It doesn't sound good.

    Fairuz - Zakry sounds good.
    It's more illuminating too.

    How about M&M? :D

What does Za-Fa mean? Sound Ah Fa from the 1960s, not good.

1st line I agree & already stated. Fuzzy is like always got cobwebs in brain. They made a break thru in clearing the cobwebs. M&M sound like the chocolate candy brand, hmm, not nice either.

eagle will stick with Fuzzy Bears : strong, fierce, short is no pushover :D

Thanks, can always count on our Badmania to keep the records. :D

Um, "fuzzy bears" suggests "confused ursidae" or "ursine bewilderment"...
...somewhat like Winnie The Pooh :D

Well.... the "bewildered bears" have won over INA/USA uncles to take their 2nd SS title. :D:D

The other nick name is the "2 mohd" (Mohd Zakry & Mohd Fairuzizuan), the "2 malay pair", but that would sound a bit bordering on the race side.
I think BCers in the end will still stick to Fuzzy...

It's time for MAS to win the MD GOLD in the World Badminton Championships

    .
    Yes !!! ... I am so happy for Zakry-Fairuz.

It's great that they have won the MD in the Indonesia Open SS 2008, having just winning the MD in the Singapore Open SS 2008.

The Zakry (left)-Fairuz combination has finally earned the confidence of their coach Rexy Mainaky.

Thinking along the same lines with Rexy, Za-Fa should now focus on doing well in the World Championships (in India) next year.

It's time for MAS to win the MD GOLD in the World Badminton Championships.

    Talking about their nicknames...
    (1) I nicknamed them "Fa-Za". I was thinking of the letter "F" coming before "Z".
    (2) erin_hakkinen nicknamed them "Za-Fa", perhaps she was thinking of the band Zafa, a funky Yemen band. :):):)
    (3) From "Za-Fa", Oldhand must have been reminded of Jaffas: click here, therefore thinking of them as "M&M". :D:D:D
    (4) However, most BCers have nicknamed them "Fuzzy" already. Although eaglehelang thinks that "Fuzzy Bears" sounds stronger and fiercer.:cool::cool:

    :):):)

Anyway, congrats to MZ & MF (i guess this is another initials we can give them;)) to their back to back SS wins..I thought their confidence grew after their recent TC success during their Semifinals match against CHN.
