WHY?? NS800 is a lower end racket, so it has a different numbering pattern. The MP55 serial numbers checks out okay, so, why do you think its a fake???

I have checked in the information of your Yonex Arc Saber 7 shaft Serial:7137576; Cone Date Code:140972SP (date=14 Sep 2007) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, its serial no. and date code are legitimate. However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.
For the cone code of 040284SP (date=04 Feb 2008) the valid shaft serial should be near 7421000. For Yonex high end rackets the highest shaft serial in my list of Yonex rackets made in Japan is 7576613 for the month of Apr 2008; Your shaft serial of 9775677 is well too high. There is no Yonex Nanospeed 800 but there is a Nanospeed 8000
