Then u better go to watch badminton match in europe. Like All England. ppl sitted there quitely, good shot then clap hand, like watch snooker match.:D:D

That will be a boring badminton match if it is like that.

Whether senayan or kuala lumpur, it is the most enjoyable when r u in the stadium. The crowd and the atmosphere will makes u feels really great!!

SAMMY, YOU R IN YOUR OWN CLASS.:D:D

I just watched NBA play off between Lakers and Jazz last night. Istora is not as loud as Staples Center in LA; it was a full house yesterday and dude...you can feel the heat of 20,000 people inside. And a lot of booing and cheering; it was just too loud....

Good analysis Krisna!!! I totally agree with you. Also, I want MAS to win really bad so MAS can meet INA in Final; it's not because CHN is stronger than MAS (although that was a fact) but to maintain the rivalry. I think it would be more fun and so much satisfaction if INA can beat MAS instead of CHN for the sake of rivalry. Of course INA has to beat KOR first.

Anyway, what's wrong with booing ?

Nothin wrong with it, player like Peter Gade loves to play with that crowd.

Actually, the most frequent chant by the Istora crowd was "Maling pulang! Maling pulang!"... [Go home, thieves! Go home, thieves!]...

For further details on why they shouted these things... please read the newspapers... I don't want to get banned by BC because of what the MAS government did to INA...

Sure, INA cheers for a purpose. and Boo for a purpose too. It is the culture I guess when it comes to sports like badminton.

Watching badminton is no fun if there's no noise, no booing, no 'hu ya hu ya'... It just makes the game more alive...

I think boo-ing is OK as long as it doesn't involve any throwing things to the court...

I tot the noises in Senayan are not too bad this time.
Did I hear the crowd making some noises resembling those ambulance sirens??? That was quite new

Of course the usual..."Habisin...habisin...habisin.."....that one is a classic!

AHhhh, let em boo all they want, if players cant take it then they should not be on the world stage. Maybe they can go play chess or sumthin. Indonesians can call Malaysians anything they want....coz sticks and stones will break my bones but words????

I think the crowds normally support the weaker team, in this case I think they will back then Msia by booing China?
