I have checked in the information of your Yonex ArcSaber 10 shaft Serial:7404717; Cone Date Code:280182SP (date=28 Jan 2008) to my nformation list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, its serial no. and date code are legitimate.

However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.

Please read the following link from Badminton Central Forum to understand more on the shaft serial no. and cone date code of Yonex rackets.
    http://www.badmintoncentral.com/badminton-central/content/view/78/33/

The cone code of 161205SP (date 16 Dec 2000) is invalid for Yonex NS 9000X because this model was launched in Jan 2006.
For the serial no. of 6169336, the valid cone date code should be something like 1n0562CC (date 1n May 2006).

Your racket of cone date code of 270389SP (date=27 May 2008) is invalid becasue it does not matched with shaft serialof 3748033; this no. should carry the date code of 2n0322CC (date=2n Mar 2002).

    Thks leehsim,

i hv just checked with sunrise too bcos the hologram does not contain 'sunrise', only 'yonex' repeated. I was told this racket is still genuine but imported as 'grey' by others, after checking the graphics on the shaft are sharp etc.
    just to share...

Read the title of this thread "Post YOUR Yonex Serial Numbers Here - Read Post#1 First!"

The intention for this thread is to help the players identify whether the racket they OWN are legit or not. This thread does not serve the purpose of shopping guide.
